The Goods & Services Marketplace is a B2B platform that connects a buyer request with offers from matching suppliers and keeps request-related interaction in one digital workflow.

The software was registered by the Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property in the Computer Programs Register on 13 October 2022. State registration number: 2022668942. Usage rights and delivery terms are confirmed by contractual and title documents.

Typical workflow

A buyer creates a request with product, attributes, quantity, region and deadline. Matching suppliers are notified and submit offers. The buyer compares responses, selects a supplier and continues communication within the platform.

Architecture

The registered release is a server-side web application with separate guest, buyer, supplier and administrator interfaces. The currently supported configuration is fixed in the release guide before delivery; archived 2022 requirements are not presented as modern security guidance.

Integrations and external services

The registered-release documentation includes geographic search and map-based supplier discovery. The mapping provider, email delivery, APIs and other external dependencies are agreed for the current configuration and data-processing jurisdiction.

Governance and security

Role-based access separates catalogue, configurable fields, moderation and rating administration. Any new production rollout requires dependency updates, threat modelling, least-privilege configuration, backup and audit-log verification.

Installation and operations

The software is deployed as a web system in an agreed server environment. Supported system software, database configuration, domain, certificates, backup and acceptance scenarios must be fixed in the current release guide.

Pricing method

Licence, implementation and support pricing is provided after confirming entities and users, scenarios, hosting, integrations, migration, training and support level. No unverified public price is displayed.

Status and delivery boundaries

Computer-program registration is confirmed by certificate No. 2022668942. The delivered release, supported configuration and feature availability are verified before contract and demonstration; computer-program registration does not itself replace an entry in the Unified Register of Russian Software.

Limitations and data

The platform does not guarantee supplier, product or commercial-offer quality without review by an accountable user. Company documents, messages, locations and other data are processed only within the agreed access perimeter.

Evolution and support

The development priority is a secure technology refresh that preserves the core B2B workflow and introduces modern integrations without changing the software's confirmed legal identity.
