Software purpose
SPECTR SCM is a modular supply-chain planning and orchestration system connecting demand, inventory, capacity, constraints and execution in one governed loop.
An operational supply-chain planning and orchestration system in production use. The user transition is complete.
SPECTR SCM is a modular supply-chain planning and orchestration system connecting demand, inventory, capacity, constraints and execution in one governed loop.
Designed for manufacturing, logistics and distribution companies, with role-specific planning horizons, decision queues and authority boundaries.
Capabilities support the signal — plan — approval — execution — exception — replanning cycle.
Modules are introduced in stages. TMS is the transportation execution layer within the SCM architecture, not a replacement for planning.
Source data becomes baseline and alternative scenarios; the approved version moves to execution, and deviations return through Control Tower for replanning.
Planning, execution, integration and control remain separate modules connected by a common data model and explicit event contracts.
APIs, events and agreed schemas connect ERP, WMS, CRM, TMS, EDI and external services. Connectors and exchange frequency are fixed in the implementation specification.
Delivered as a web system in a dedicated customer environment or agreed cloud environment. The release guide fixes supported system software, resources, integrations, roles and acceptance scenarios.
Delivery includes operating instructions, role matrix, backup, monitoring and update procedures. Support: info@spectr-it.com, +7 (985) 227-15-87.
Role-based access, audit trails, approval controls, environment separation and backup are designed into the operating model.
Licence, implementation and support pricing is determined from modules, users and entities, deployment, integrations, migration, training and SLA. Each component is itemised.
SPECTR SCM is an operational software system in production use. The user transition is complete. Modules, integrations and supported configuration are fixed for each delivery. Customers and impact figures are not disclosed without approval.

The roadmap expands from the planning core to more horizons, constraints, execution modules and governed automation.
